Jose Luis Vargas, Men's Golf, September 1, 2025

Vargas held off his teammate to win his first career individual medal in the season opening UNOH Fall Invitational. He carded under par all three rounds with a 69, 68 and 71 for an 8-under 208 tournament score tying for the second lowest 54-hole score in program history.

Dating back through last season, Vargas has now earned six top fives and eight top ten finishes in twelve events play with UNOH.

His efforts also earned him his second career WHAC Golfer of the Week award.
