Hashimoto made history Saturday afternoon becoming the first men's soccer player to score more than three goals in a game fueling his team's big 9-2 win in the conference opener at UM-Dearborn. He is also just the fifth player between men's and women's soccer combined to net four times in a match and first since 2021. Hashimoto's four scores made it a five-goal week after netting the opening goal of a 3-2 win at No. 24 Spring Arbor three days prior.

Hashimoto's five goals earned him his first career WHAC Player of the Week award.
