Echevarria Voted WHAC Offensive Player of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has awarded Northwestern Ohio's Tomas Echevarria the Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending October 15.

Echevarria played a big part of the Racers picking up back-to-back wins for the first time this season. He scored or assisted on five of the team's nine goals last week to give him the team lead in total points this season (11). Echevarria assisted twice in a 4-1 win over Cleary on Wednesday and capped off his outstanding week with two goals in just 38 seconds against Cornerstone adding one more assist in the 5-1 win.

It is Echevarria's third career player of the week award and the program's first of the 2023 season.
