Racers Fall to Lourdes in Five

SYLVANIA, OH - UNOH headed up I-75 for a matchup against Lourdes Wednesday night looking for a season sweep over the Gray Wolves. The Racers went up 2-0 to start the night but Lourdes fought back to win three straight and sent UNOH home with a 3-2 loss.

Abigail Martin led the Racers with 19 points scoring off 16 kills, two service aces and two block assists. Martin hit .289 on the night earning her 14th double-double with 14 digs. Gianna San Filippo put down 13 kills with one solo block and five assisted for 16.5 points in the match.

Madelyn Hampton finished with a season high 37 assists adding twelve digs for her tenth double-double of the year and fifth the last six matches. Defensively, Bailey Gregory led the team with 22 digs.

UNOH will finish the week with a trip to Defiance on Saturday, November 2 at 7:00 PM.
