FORT WAYNE, IN - UNOH (7-6, 0-1) dropped their conference opener September 7 against Indiana Tech (9-0, 1-0) in straight sets 25-20, 25-13, 25-18.
Logan Thomas (SO/Johnstown, Ohio) led the Racers with 12.5 points off twelve kills and a block assist. Taylor Reust (JR/Huntington, Indiana) racked up four service aces, three kills, a solo block and a block assist. Casey Kingsland (SO/Blanchester, Ohio) led the team with nine assists and Aubree Ricketts (JR/Plainfield, Illinois) finished with seven digs.
UNOH combined for 23 kills, 23 assists and seven service aces in the match.
The Racers have a week off before hosting Lourdes on September 14.
