Turner Takes Fourth Golfer of the Week Honor

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has named Northwestern Ohio's Luke Turner the Men's Golfer of the Week for the fourth time this season after teeing off the spring portion of the campaign last week.

Turner opened the spring with a 17th place finish at the LWC Spring Invitational March 17-18 shooting 72-67-72 for a final score of 211 (+1). He then followed up with an impressive showing at the Alice Lloyd Spring Invitational March 22-23 earning his second individual medal of the season. Turner carded a season best 66 (-4) in round one and his eleventh sub-par round of the year with a 69 (-1) in the second for a 36-hole career best 135 (-5).
