Six Racers Named All-Conference, Ten All-Academic

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has released the 2024 Baseball all-conference honors. UNOH landed three first and three second team awards, one gold glove and a program record ten all-academic honors.

After being named to the second team two years ago, Michael Joyce picked up his first All-Team All-WHAC honor joining first-timers Darius Freeman and Will Myklebust. Tyler Grigalis, Joskar Feliciano and Drake Miller all landed second team honors for the first time, with Feliciano winning his first Gold Glove as a catcher.

UNOH also represented well on the WHAC All-Academic Team putting a program record ten players on the list. Sinjon Bobolia, Seth Freeman, Tyler Grigalis, Wyatt Johnson, Austin Culbertson and Caleb Yarnell all earned the honor for the first time. Johnson was also named as the team's representative to the Champions of Character Team. AJ Buchman, Kyle Brandon and Jacob Landers earned the honor for the second time with Grant Reeve landing on the team for the third time in his career.

WHAC coaches selected UNOH head coach Kory Hartman as the Coach of the Year after leading the Racers to their fourth regular season championship. It is Hartman's fourth Coach of the Year award.
