Thomas helped her Racers go 4-0 at the Freed-Hardeman Invitational leading the team with 54 kills while averaging 3.86 kills per set and hitting .266. She set a new career mark against Fisk hitting .441 with 18 kills and just three errors on 34 swings. She also racked up 33 digs with eight service aces, two solo blocks and a block assist over the four matches.

Thomas leads the league with 124 kills this season and sits second with 3.54 kills per set. She is 21st in the country in total points with 150 on the campaign.

It is the third Attacker of the Week award of her career as she joins teammate Aubree Ricketts (Defender of the Week) as the first Racer duo to earn WHAC POTW awards in the same week.
